Ich denke, die Sabadell-Aktie ist gerade ein interessanter Kauf. Klar, die Übernahme durch BBVA zieht sich jetzt noch etwas hin, weil die Wettbewerbshüter genauer hinschauen. Aber das heißt für mich, dass da noch Luft nach oben ist. Der aktuelle Kurs von 1,83€ spiegelt die Übernahmefantasie noch nicht voll wider. Klar, es gibt Risiken, falls der Deal platzt. Aber selbst dann sehe ich Potenzial - Sabadell hat sich operativ gut entwickelt. Mit einem KGV von unter 6 ist die Bewertung echt günstig. Ich rechne mittelfristig mit Kursen um die 2,10€, egal ob mit oder ohne Übernahme. Daher würde ich hier zugreifen.
