Große Euphorie trotz sinkender Margen
Die SAP wird aktuell zu teuer gehandelt. Während beim Wettbewerber Oracle die ausgewiesenen Nettorenditen von Jahr zu Jahr steigen (zuletzt auf 28,4%), lag die von SAP in 2012 bei bescheidenen 17,4% nach 24,2% im Vorjahr. Die Übung zum Eingliedern der Aquisitionen ist beim Wettbewerber eben wesentlich größer.
Trotzdem liegt das KGV auf TTM Basis und aktuellem Kurs (und IFRS bzw. US-GAAP Regeln und kein "Non-" Unsinn) bei 25,3 für SAP und bescheideneren 16,7 für Oracle. In den vergangenen 6 Jahren ist Oracle auf Dollar Basis um 19,2% pro Jahr und SAP auf der schwächeren Euro Basis um 12,0% pro Jahr gewachsen (Earnings per Share mit Korrektur um reinvestierte Dividende). Der Währungstrend bewirkt einen Bonus von ca. 1% auf das Wachstum der in USD bilanzierenden Unternehmen, so dass das Wachstum von Oracle währungsbereinigt sogar bei 20,2% pro Jahr lag.
Der aktuelle Rebound kann nur dadurch erklärt werden, dass die internationale Investorengemeinschaft in Deutschland einen Emerging Market entdeckt hat, der zur Zeit bis zum Platzen der Blase (Rezession oder Entdeckung einer anderen Mode) hochgejubelt wird.
