Update 04.12.2011: Wie aus der Wirtschaftszeitung zu entnehmen, überlegt die Hauptaktionärin de Krassny den 8%-igen Anteil an Praktiker notfalls zu erhöhen, damit ihr Einwand zur geplanten Kapitalerhöhung im dreistelliger Millionenhöhe für die anstehende Restrukurierung Gehör findet.
