Auch wenn Bayer in letzter Zeit einige positive Nachrichten vermelden konnte, wie z.B. die Zusammenarbeit mit Rad AI oder den Umbau des Konzerns, sehe ich die Aktie aktuell eher kritisch. Der derzeitige Aktienkurs von 26,035 € scheint mir zu hoch bewertet. Zwar gibt es durchaus Chancen für eine Trendwende, allerdings überwiegen meiner Meinung nach die Risiken. Die geplanten weiteren Stellenabbau in der Pharmasparte sowie die anhaltende Unsicherheit im Glyphosat-Rechtsstreit machen mir Sorgen. Daher würde ich den Verkauf der Aktie empfehlen und einen Zielkurs von 24,50 € für angemessen halten.
