Ich bin skeptisch was United Rentals angeht. Die geplante Übernahme von H&E Equipment Services für 4,8 Mrd. Dollar sehe ich kritisch. Klar, der Aktienkurs ist nach der Ankündigung gestiegen, aber ich frage mich, ob die Kartellbehörden da mitspielen. Cramer meint ja, dass die das sofort blockieren sollten. Außerdem bin ich nicht überzeugt, dass URI in Zeiten von KI und Tech wirklich das Potenzial hat weiter so stark zu wachsen. Der Kurs ist schon sehr hoch und ich sehe da eher Rückschlagpotenzial. Daher tendiere ich aktuell eher zum Verkaufen und würde einen Zielkurs von 680€ ansetzen.
