The headline figures reflect the ongoing integration of the sizable Paycor acquisition completed in the prior year, which seems to be reshaping much of the company's income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow profile. While the top line grew at a robust pace, several profitability and equity metrics moved in less favorable directions, suggesting the year carried meaningful transitional weight.

Revenue growth of roughly 17% year-over-year stands out as unusually strong for a company that had been compounding closer to 6-9% historically, and much of this appears attributable to the Paycor addition, particularly within Management Solutions. Interest on funds held for clients also rose noticeably, which may reflect a favorable rate environment. However, margins moved in the opposite direction: operating margin contracted to roughly 38.6% from prior levels near 40-41%, and net margin slipped below 28% from nearly 30% the year before.
